At a lunch with some friends our conversation turned to the ongoing saga of a leader in a neighbouring country and the mysterious appearance of vast sums of money in his personal bank account. On August 9th 2015, Singapore celebrates 50 years as a nation. So much has happened in this tiny island in the last 50 years, so much has changed too.
